ABOUT GABA OOLONG TEA
GABA oolong is a whole-leaf tea made using specialized oxygen-free processing that naturally increases GABA in the tea leaves. It remains true oolong tea, with flavor shaped by cultivar, oxidation, roast and skilled tea making.
Depending on the style, GABA oolong can taste floral, honeyed, fruity, roasted or deeply sweet. Whole leaves also make it especially well suited to multiple infusions, with the flavor changing from steep to steep.
If you prefer a brighter, more aromatic cup, start with a lighter GABA oolong. For deeper body and richer sweetness, explore more oxidized or roasted styles.
