ABOUT OOLONG TEA
Oolong tea sits between green and black tea in the way it is processed, creating a wide range of flavor profiles from fresh and floral to roasted, honeyed and deeply mineral. Our collection includes whole-leaf oolongs from China and Taiwan, selected for character, aroma and multiple infusions.
Depending on origin, cultivar and oxidation level, oolong can taste light and orchid-like, creamy and smooth, roasted and nutty, or rich with stone-fruit and honey notes. Teas such as Tie Guan Yin, Dong Ding, Phoenix Dancong and Da Hong Pao each express a different side of the oolong spectrum.
