How to brew (gongfu style)
5g per 100ml at 90–95°C (194–203°F). Quick rinse, then steep 20–30 seconds first, adding a few seconds each round. Rewards 6+ steeps.

Western brewing: 3g per 250ml, 90°C, 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times.
