Why GABA
GABA oolong is made through a special oxygen-free (anaerobic) process that naturally raises the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid in the leaf — the compound associated with calm focus and reduced stress. The result is steady, clear-headed energy rather than a caffeine spike.

How to brew (gongfu style)
Use 5g of leaf per 100ml water at 95°C (203°F). Rinse briefly, then steep 20–30 seconds for the first infusion, adding a few seconds with each round. Diamond GABA rewards you with 6+ flavorful steeps — the character evolves from floral and bright to deep and honeyed.

Western brewing: 3g per 250ml, 90–95°C, steep 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times.
