Diamond GABA is a premium whole-leaf GABA oolong from Taiwan with a deep, roasted character and a smooth, layered finish. Oxygen-free processing naturally increases GABA content in the tea leaves, while repeated steeping reveals a cup that keeps changing from round to round.
Taste & aroma Floral aroma with notes of honey, ripe orchard fruit, warm baked bread, dried apricot and creamy sweetness. The finish is smooth, clean and long.
Why Diamond One of our richest and most layered GABA oolongs. The tightly rolled leaves slowly open with each steep, revealing more depth, sweetness and roasted character as the session continues.
How to brew — Gongfu style Use 8–10 g of tea with water at 95°C / 203°F. Rinse briefly, then start with 20–30 second infusions, adding a few seconds with each round. Expect multiple flavorful steeps as the character gradually evolves.
Western brewing Use 5 g per 250 ml. Water at 90–95°C / 194–203°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times.
