GONGFU METHOD (for GABA Tea & Oolong)

  1. Use 5g of tea (about 1 tsp) per 100ml of water
  2. Water temperature: 185–195°F (85–90°C) — not boiling
  3. First steep: 30 seconds. Add 10–15 sec for each next steep
  4. Brew the same leaves 5–7 times. Each cup reveals something new

THERMOS METHOD (for Pu-erh — perfect for travel)

  1. Place 1 pu-erh nugget in a thermos
  2. Add 500ml of 195°F water
  3. Let it steep 3–5 minutes, then enjoy throughout the day
  4. Refill 2–3 times

WESTERN METHOD (easiest for beginners)

  1. Use 2–3g per 8oz cup
  2. Steep 2–3 minutes at 185°F
  3. Brew the same leaves 2–3 times
