How to brew (gongfu style)
5g per 100ml at 95°C (203°F). Quick rinse, then steep 20–30 seconds for the first infusion, adding a few seconds each round. Rewards 6+ steeps, deepening from fruity to richly honeyed.

Western brewing: 3g per 250ml, 90–95°C, 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times.
