How to brew — Gongfu style Use 8–15 g of tea with water at 95°C / 203°F. Start with 10–40 second infusions and gradually increase the time. Enjoy across multiple steeps.
Western brewing Use about 5 g per 250 ml. Steep for 2–3 minutes and re-steep as desired.
