Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) is a lightly oxidized oolong with a delicate floral aroma and a clean, refreshing finish — smooth from the first sip to the last. A timeless everyday classic.

Taste & aroma
Bright orchid and lilac aromatics, with notes of fresh cream, green apple and a lingering floral sweetness. Silky texture, clean and refreshing finish.

Origin
A signature style of Anxi, Fujian — famed for its jade-green rolled leaves and fragrant, buttery character.

How to brew (gongfu style)
5g per 100ml at 90–95°C (194–203°F). Quick rinse, then steep 20–30 seconds for the first infusion, adding a few seconds each round. Rewards 6+ steeps — the aroma blooms with each pour.

Western brewing: 3g per 250ml, 90°C, 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times.
