How to brew — Gongfu style Use 7–8 g of tea with water at 90–100°C / 194–212°F. Start with 20–30 second infusions and gradually increase the time. Enjoy across multiple steeps.
Western brewing Use about 5 g per 250 ml. Steep for 2–3 minutes and re-steep as desired.
