How to brew — Gongfu style Use 5–7 g per 100 ml with water around 90–95°C / 194–203°F. Start with short 15–30 second infusions and gradually increase the time. Enjoy across multiple steeps.

Western brewing Use 3–5 g per 250 ml. Water at 90–95°C / 194–203°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes and re-steep as desired.
